FIC's innovative Emergency Ward is unique in Faisalabad both in design and technology, fulfilling the diverse demands of pediatric as well as  adult cardiac patients., When a pateint comes in emergency as a first step patient get an immediate 12-lead ECG to rule out Acute Coronary Syndrome. Futher evaluation is done as the situation demands. The patients of Acute Coronary Syndrome undergo thrombolysis or primary PCI as decied by the team of senior cardiologists on-site.

The Emergency ward of FIC has a very high turn over area. Approximately over 180 patients visit ER every day. Nearly 30 patients get admitted for specilized treatment while the remaining patients are discharged after ruling out cardiac illenss or treating their disease condition.
